Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A deposit of 20% of the tour cost is required within 7 days of my initial confirmation. The remaining balance of the total tour cost must be paid 21 days before departure. The 2 options of payments are either by Bank Deposit or by Credit Card through my website but they do charge a 2.5 percentage on amount paid. If the remaining balance is not paid on time it is in my discretion to cancel the booking.
If you cannot make the tour your deposit will not be reimbursed. This is to recover my costs for preparation of tour and also other work turned down due to your booking.
In the event of cancellation due to unforseen circumstances, after the full payment has been made, money cannot be refunded for attractions and accommodations that have been confirmed. I will endeavour to communicate with these third party bookings, to have these monies reimbursed to you if possible. We will also be keeping the deposit.
I suggest that you take out a Travel Insurance to cover any situations. Thank you.
Amendment, Postponement, Cancellation:
We reserve the right to amend itineraries, postpone or cancel the tour due to unforeseeable operational reasons or weather conditions. In case of postponement or cancellation, if the client disagrees with the proposed date or substitute tour then a full refund will be given depending on circumstances. I will do my best to avoid such events and I have a contingency plan for most cases.
I have insurance policies required by the Government, though I do not offer travel insurance. Therefore it is passengers' responsibility to consider taking out travel insurance and I can not be held responsible for loss or injury beyond my control.
