A Great Tour from Nelson in the South Island of New Zealand

Posted on September 25, 2017 at 2:15 PM Comments comments (0)

Yesterday was spent touring from Nelson to Farewell Spot, the top of the South Island of New Zealand. This is a stunning part of NewZealand and I am planning a few private tours taking in this area. It is a Geologists dream with a labyrinth of rocks dating back over 30 million years ago. There are art galleries, stunning pastoral scenery and various short bushwalks, and time to take in waterfalls, sky high Nikau palms, not to mention the beautiful beaches of GoldenBay. The views of Farewell Spit and getting out there on the dunes at Wharariki Beach.....now that's special!
